On her website, Kimber touts the “slight recoil” of the Micro 9. Frankly, “soft” isn’t the word I would choose to describe the experience, but it’s manageable. The Kimber Micro 9 is not a gun I would choose for an enjoyable day at the range, but that is not its purpose.
