Description
Glock 27
Glock 27 is simply a scaled-down version of the Glock 22, and uses the same ammunition as the larger pistol. If you have any training with any Glock, using a Glock 27 is a matter of minutes. The pistol has an overall length of 6.5 inches, making it more than an inch and a half shorter than the Glock 22. The advantages of buying this generation 4 Glock are enormous.
G27 is a good pistol for it accuracy and consistency. However, we recommend always using safety standards to operate it.
Why Chose the Glock 27
Firstly, the G27 is the most accurate of the three original subcompacts (9mm Glock 26, and the .357 SIG Glock 33 ).
Secondly, it is easy to update the available rounds of the armor. lastly, you can purchase a Glock 27 outright, rather than obtaining a writer’s sample.
This arm with two 9-round magazines and weighs in empty at a very light 21.89 ounces. The width of the G27 is 1.18 inches compared to a width of 1.02 inches.
So, the G27 is noticeably thicker due to its double-stack magazine. All Glocks have a proprietary treatment applied to the slide and barrel that is literally rustproof.
With Glock no longer using Tenifer in its finishing process, it does not get rust. This makes Glock great for close-to-the-body carry in hot and humid environments.
Glock Gen4 Enhancements
Generation four enhancements are a nice addition to these already great handguns. Firstly, is the enhanced texturing to the finger groove front strap, grips, sides and backstrap. Secondly is the enlarged and reversible magazine release button. Finally, the Gen 4 Modular Back Strap System is the most important update.
The Glock system allows the user to add beavertail and enlarged backstraps to increase shooter comfort and control. The frame of all Gen4 Glocks come set up for the “small” hand size. Adding backstraps increases the size of the frame at the rear, better-accommodating folks with larger hands.
